In neighborhoods across the country, including Merced, Bahá’ís, and their friends are engaged in a community-building process that cultivates love and translates it into action.

It’s no secret that America is going through a tumultuous time. Tensions and divisions surface every day, reminding us that the stains of injustice and racial prejudice are set deeply in the fabric of our society. Bahá’í's are committed to reshaping society around principles of oneness – such as love, inclusivity, reciprocity, and diversity. We hope to join hands with the countless like-minded persons working for these same goals, and invite everyone to take a look at our approach.

• Children's Classes – classes that provide spiritual education for children ages 6-11 through stories, songs, art, and other dynamic activities

• Junior Youth Spiritual Empowerment Program – classes that empower youth ages 12-15 to navigate a critical period of their lives and to serve their communities

• Devotional Gatherings – tranquil environments where participants of all ages and backgrounds come together to share prayers, poetry, and other inspirational writings and music for spiritual nourishment

• Study Circles – classes for youth and adults age 15 and above that explore spiritual themes and enable participants to share insights regarding personal and collective growth
